Senior role in Strategic Planning (Leading MNC Pharma Co.)

Position : Senior role in Strategic Planning (Leading MNC Pharma Co.)

Role :

- To conduct statistical analysis on various dimensions of the strategy e.g., competitor strategy analysis, historical company performance, etc.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the business teams and monitor the implementation of the annual business plan

- Work on Business planning, Support finance in consolidation of brand-wise plans, Provide inputs for business planning to relevant stakeholders; Create prioritization metrics, etc., Monitor progress against plans

- Track the industry and competitors against various metrics, Review historic sales data, Conduct simulations on sales and analyze sales sensitivity, Conduct analysis based on models and conduct trend analysis to get more accurate forecasting

- Identify relevant data sources and provide recommendations to enhance the data management tools and processes

- Oversee identification of vendors and work with Vendors like Market Research firms, etc.

- Lead a team

Requirements :

- MBA with 8-12 yrs of experience in Analytics & Strategic Planning in the Pharma Industry

- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools

- knowledge of pharma industry

- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and scripting languages like SQL

- Knowledge of strategic frameworks

- Should have experience in handling a team
