Required :  - 7+ years of SFDC experience. Overall 14+ IT experience.  - Should have strong technical skills in SFDC to provide solution architecture, design trade-offs, and ability to decipher design choices.  - Ability to provide technical leadership setting best practices including quality of design, implementation, maintenance, and support.  - Extensive experience in Force.com platform using APEX and Visual Force.  - Solid Implementation experience using Sales / Service / Custom cloud.  - Solid experience in Web services, REST API and implementing common integration patterns between Force.com, ERP and CRM systems.  - Should have strong experience in working with middleware that supports SFDC platform like Cast Iron, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, and Fusion middle ware.  - Ability to define Datamigration strategies considering data volumes, external environments and migration approach.  - Ability to address security complexities, and design solution aligning with SFDC security models.  - Should have managed multi environments, multi regions complex project implementations and therefore able to define environmental and deployment strategies.  - Experience in working with SLDS, HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, JQuery   - Should have experience in working with board range of emerging SFDC products including emerging areas like Wave Analytics, Lightning, IOT.  - Should have good exposure to working prominent Appexchange products aligned to different industries.  - Good experience with proposal activities like RFI/RFP analysis, RAID analysis, resource and effort estimation for SFDC projects.  - Strong in project management and pertain more to agile methodologies  - Should have advance level salesforce certifications. Having TA certification is highly recommended.  Additional desired skills :  - Good working knowledge Object Oriented programming like Java, Ruby, C++.  - Responsible for managing, overseeing, and resolving Salesforce.com related initiatives, defects, and enhancement end-to-end  - Responsible for evaluation, testing, and successful implementation of modifications and upgrades in Salesforce  - Review releases from Salesforce.com on regular basis to determine new features that are appropriate for end users   - Define and develop and follow best practices in salesforce   - Able to handle crisis situations professionally  - Experience in working with Lightning design and components.  - Able to handle data management inclusive of data load, data translation, data hygiene, data migration and integration.  - Proven ability to look at technical processes from a strategic standpoint and understand the inter-relationships.  - Recommend to team members or customers the appropriate and optimal use/configuration of a custom build solution.  - Should be process oriented and be strong in SDLC  - Familiarity building custom solutions on: SAP, Oracle, MS-SQL Server, or other RDMS.  - Proven track record of writing, interpreting and managing deliverables of a consulting engagement.  - Must be able to think independently and creatively.  - Aptitude for taking on technical challenges.  - Awareness of the changing Cloud ecosystem and adjust to new technologies, methods and apps.  - Strong communication skills and also negotiation skills, conflict resolution  - Certified as Scrum Master
