Minimum Skill Requirement:

- Minimum of 8-12 years Overall experience in planning /Building/implementing /Managing large enterprise IT infrastructure

- L3/L4/SME level experience in Windows/ Linux/Unix/AIX/Hp-UX or Solaris Operating systems support/implementation

- Virtualization /datacenter migration experience. Hands on Experience on VMware Virtualization/Microsoft HyperV/KVM Virtualization/Unix logical partions

- vpars, npar, lpars etc - Experience on working with converged hardware like CISCO UCS /vBlock /Flexpod /HP CS 7000 and IBM Power Servers for building new generation datacenters

- Experience in migration planning, different migration approach, different migration tools, migration execution, and Post migration UAT / OAT for different flavors of VM workloads.

- Experience in Windows/Linux/Unix clustering and volume management.

- Experience in implementing patch management and backup strategy

- Experience in implementing Monitoring solution and capacity planning

- Experience in Active Directory components, DNS, DHCP, WINS and DFS root

- Experience in Disaster Recovery solutions and knowledge on Firewall /IT Security

- Experience in designing and implementing multi-tenant private cloud solutions, managing catalog items and Template/blueprint management

- Experience in integrating Private Cloud with Public Cloud, provisioning into Public cloud, Cloud Burst

- Experience in automating tasks using scripts and orchestration workflows

- Experience in dealing with scalability, availability and performance tuning in datacenter and Cloud environments - Experience in Cloud tools like vCloud Automation Center / vCenter Orchestrator/ HP CSA

- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills

- Should have experience in working with onshore - offshore model support. independently work with client team for all the delivery aspects and project documentation

- Should have the team management capability, ramping up team and mentoring team members

- Should have the ability to learn new technologies and adapt with complex environments

- Should have Knowledge on ITIL framework, basic database configuration and CMDB

- Project management methodologies and tools is desirable

Good to Have: - Certifications - VCAP, VCP 5, MCSE, RHCE and other UNIX certifications - Experience on Open Source Cloud tools like Puppet /Chef is desirable - Knowledge in Citrix, VMware VDI, Storage technologies
