Senior Role - KYC/Client On-boarding

Position: Senior position in KYC/ Client On-boarding

Role:

- Manage the entire program

- Translate Regulatory Changes into Departmental Strategy, business and action plans

- Globally lead change implementation

- Provide direction and vision to the core Subject Matter Expert teams and drive efficiency and results

- Provide direction to senior bank stakeholders on regulatory changes

- Guide, supervise, motivate, develop and reward employees

Requirements:

- 18+ yrs of experience in Banking/ Investment Banking

- Prior experience in KYC/ Controls/ AML for 10+ years

- Understanding of legal/ reputational and regulatory risk is mandatory

- Relevant KYC/ AML certification is desirable

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
