Indicative Requirements:  - Generalist HR with 8 - 10 years - experience in HR/IR for a port ownership and management business  - Well versed with Labour Laws and Statutory compliance and experienced in managing the same  - MBA-HR / MPM / MSW / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with specialization in Human Resource Management   - Degree or diploma in Labour laws would be preferred  - Highest level of professionalism and personal honesty, integrity and ethics   - Role would be based in Mumbai  Indicative Responsibilities :  - Implement HR policies and processes in alignment with the vision of the organisation  - Employee Life Cycle Management - this includes Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Training and Development etc.  Performance Management & Review :  - Manage IR for the entire company from the corporate office, take stock of IR situation in all the port SPVs from the individual port IR persons  - Liaise with Unions and Government officials for negotiating and resolving IR & Legal matters  - Would be responsible for the HSE for all employees - permanent as well as contractual  Contract Labour Management :   - Experienced in managing union and committee members  - Compensation Planning and Benchmarking  - HR Administrative activities  - Salary and wages management
