We have the following requirement - for a very large MNC in AP Location

MBA HR with relevant work experience of 10-15 years from 2002 batch mainly

- Will be responsible for partnering the regional business to deliver on overall strategy and goals, formulation & management of regional HR & facilities for functions like Talent Retention, Employee Engagement & Development, manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employees services and development and HR Statutory compliances.

- Well rounded HR generalist experience in medium- large set up.

- Strong HR concepts & process orientation

- Leadership Skills

- Strategic & operational competence

- Ability to partner business & consultation skills

- Effective internal & external Communication skills

- Analytical skills

- Negotiation skills

Prefer HR profiles with exposure only from Services /Customer centric and Sales driven organizations like BFS Hospitality sectors. Also open to diversified industries like FMCG/FMCD, Pharma, IT/ITES/ KPOs/ BPOs or Shared Services

Only MBA HR from 2000-2002 batches apply from Tier 1 HR institutes like XLRI / SCHMRD / SIBM / SIMS / TISS / NM/FMS/XIM B etc
