Role : Finance Manager

About the Company: Our Client is a Leading Global Company.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA in finance from a reputed institute is a plus.

Work Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6 - 12 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modeling.

- Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management.

- Work closely with the business managers to drive critical business deliverable like margins, vendor contract terms and contribute to Free cash flows

- Manage the financial planning and analysis effort, using the key input levers to the business.

- Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives.

- Establish and maintain operating and business metrics.

- Facilitate the teams with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time

- Work with accounting team to drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving

- Detail-oriented approach who takes ownership of projects.

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of management.

- Ability to extract, analyze and review information, and make appropriate recommendations.

- Work effectively in a team environment and partner well with people at all levels within an organization.

- Aptitude for leading teams, influencing others to follow toward an optimal solution.

- Experience working in a fast paced, informal, and often ambiguous environment similar to a high tech start-up.

Skills & Ability:

- Good inter-personal and communication skills.

- Strong background in complex business processes and verticals

- Self-driven, proactive and process oriented

- People Management

- Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

- Relevant finance experience in management accounting and financial controlling.

- Proficiency in Excel, ERP application, Business planning tool, SQL
