Job Description:

- Supervision & Finalisation of Accounts .

- Ensure adequate internal control system & process commensurate with the operational needs of the business unit.

- Timely compliance with all regulatory requirements

- MIS Reporting.

- Interaction with banks & other financial institutions to bring about benefits to the Organisation, import-export agencies & auditors & planning & managing ratios in accordance with the financial norms to have best credit rating.

- Interface to Financial Institutions: Liaison with bank & managing all bank matters i.e. Credit facility, Bank guarantees, letters of credit & Negotiation on Export Documents / Foreign Exchange Transaction for Import and Export both.

- Preparation of Cash Flow Statement to track the inflow and outflow of funds, ensuring optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.
