Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Own ecommerce and mcommerce business, its profitability, digital marketing strategy, product management, and category management

- Create and execute effective strategies to suit unique business requirement.

- Build, incubate, and motivate team

- Responsible for overall Profitability & growth

- Forecast, Plan and execute revenue/sales

- Manage online brand and marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness. Launch innovative mobile campaigns.

Job Requirements:

- Strategic thinker who can create and execute effective strategies to suit unique business requirement.

- The role should be an expert at digital marketing including SEO, SMO, PPC, email, affiliates, mobile. It is very important that this person understands how to take advantage of social media as a channel to push the brand Green Dust and its innovative offering. The person should know how to use social media to build a brand and create engagement, awareness, educate, and eventually sell. The key person should work on building a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the unique business model of Green Dust, integrate with offline brand building activities, and push for innovative strategies that move more traffic to organic while maintaining customer growth.

- Person who have run P&L in ecommerce companies

- Person who have run digital and social marketing departments and have business acumen
