Senior Role - Auto Loans Product Team (10-15 yrs)
Process :
- Process review for better service delivery
- Process and compliance control to meet regulatory requirement for customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and improvement of Processes, Process to improve quality of leads & conversion,
- Evaluation and modification in Loan life cycle and other processes of vehicle loans
- Product proposition and New product development for business.
- Designing and execution of relevant MIS for supporting Business
- Business Outsourcing Risk Manager handling outsourcing activity for vehicle loans
- Designing of sourcing and supporting documents and modifications to suit product specific requirements
Technical Developments :
- Modification and development of systems to meet business requirement and eliminate risk
- Undertake all activities pertaining to system developments like Central KYC, Cersai etc.
Cost Control :
- Productivity tracking and corrective actions for EDP, retainers and stationery
- Enabling of Pre -Qualified portal and improve penetration
Reporting :
- All regulatory reporting including RBI and IRDA
- Fraud monitoring, reporting and reduction in fraud cases by putting preventive steps
- Fraud controller for vehicle loans, handle external as well as staff actions
- SOX control and reporting
- Company website reporting
- Anti Money Laundering Controlling officer for vehicle loans
- FPR for handling all audits including RBI audit and IAD audits
