KEY EXPERIENCE :

We are looking for independent contributor senior research professional equipped with 5-6 years of experience in Research domain across industry. He/ She will be required to play a critical role in the resolution of big global or regional assignments.He/She will be supporting consultant on live search mandates.

PRIMARY ROLE :

- Collaborating with different teams across global offices on assignments

- Comprehensively searching internal and external resources

- Assisting in ensuring relevant information is captured effectively into our database and is up to date

- Generating client deliverables e.g. status reports, mapping reports, pitch packs,

- Proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, tracking people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner.

- Proactively provide insights on industry trends and key companies

- Act as a thought partner to Research & Consulting colleagues

- Assisting or leading the development of marketing presentations for the practice group

- Building repository of knowledge on the sector/industry

- Develop specialist knowledge into sector trends, compensation data and characteristics of the sector

KEY SKILLS :

- Time management, managing deadlines, managing multiple projects, utilizing right resources and problem solving

- Collaboration with senior consultants & partners, demonstrating conceptual thinking

- Producing high quality content of relevant documents

- Partnering with others on projects and contributing as a part of the team

- Confident and strong communicator, have a professional demeanour

- Flexible and adaptable, ability to adjust to changing priorities in fast-growth, dynamic environment.

- Articulate and Excellent Communication skills

- Strong Presentation making skills

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

- An postgraduate from an accredited academic institution is required,

- A knowledge of the Industry at large, the competitive landscape, the technology cycles including the very latest trends and buzzwords.

- At least 5-6 years of professional research experience.

- Experience of working on international engagements either in a professional services environment or in a blue chip international corporation.
