We are currently retained by a leading name in the eCommerce industry for finding a Senior Researcher for the Talent Acquisition team. The role is based in Bangalore.

To qualify you must have the following :

- Senior Researcher experience in working with a leading search firm including Egon Zhender, Korn Ferry, Transsearch, Stanton Chase and similar ones)

- Strong ability to map talent for niche requirements

- Strong ability to find intel and come up with reports on various types of resource needs

- Interest and ability to work on mapping independently without a team

Salary Range: 10-18 LPA
