Senior Research Manager - Hiring/Talent Acquisition - Fashion eCommerce

Location: Bangalore

Silverpoeple is hiring for Sr. Research Manager for one of India's largest Fashion eCommerce space.

Experience:12+ years of experience in talent acquisition with exposure to leadership hiring (tech roles) is mandatory. People from International executive search firms, eCommerce, mobile apps, big product companies is required

Education: MBA (HR) - (From Tier 1, Tier 2 colleges are preferred)

Job Description

- To Lead Hiring/Talent Acquisition efforts to hire leaders for Tech teams- Business units, product engineers etc, an individual contributor role, the person will be managing leadership hiring across verticals for India's top fashion eCommerce co.

- Manage stakeholders and has excellent communication skills.

- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.

- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc

- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
