This will involve analyzing market trends and innovations around financial technologies to understand what can be relevant to our clients.   Coaching new team members and peers in areas of personal expertise, contributing to the professional growth of team  QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED   MBA from a reputed institution, preferably with a specialization in Finance or Operations  Overall experience of 3 - 4 years, preferably within the BFSI industry or in consulting roles  Experience of having worked on large Digital Banking initiatives of global Banks; consulting skills and experience in solution definition /development on digital banking initiatives, having developed an understanding of key components of Digital Banking Customer Centricity, 360 degree customer view, Unified Customer Experience, digitization of processes, knowledge of digital technologies etc.  INTRINSIC SKILLS REQUIRED   Strategic and creative thinkers  Strong problem solving skills, comfortable and adept with quantitative analysis  Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment   Excellent communication skills.
