Manage the centralized trade finance operations activities - Process transactions within pre-set standardised turnaround times for all trade finance activities and service level agreements with all stakeholders - Implement and re-engineer policies, procedures and processes for the trade finance unit - Handle projects related to trade finance operations, ensure their timely completion, achievement of objectives and cost efficiencies wherever applicable - Ensure that all procedures and transactions are in compliance with regulations and Bank's policies - Ensure proper check and balance approach for trade finance processes - Monitor customer trade transactions, settlements and report any exceptions to concerned unit - Prepare regular reports/ MIS and analysis for senior management for effective monitoring and control Profile - Should be an experienced professional with 10+ years of experience in Operations, with considerable exposure to Trade Finance - Additional Exposure to CUSTOMER SERVICE would be an advantage - Awareness of industry standards and best practices among the leading organisations in the domain
