Role: Senior Regional Sales Manager (SRSM) and Regional Sales Manager(RSM) (Sales and Distribution of F&B/FMCG) @ Vietnam.  Designation:   1) Senior Regional Sales Manager (SRSM)  2) Regional Sales Manager (RSM)  Total Number of roles- 2 (1 at each level)  Reporting to : Country Manager (CM) Vietnam  Minimum Qualification: Preferably PG Diploma or MBA.   Candidates Preferably from: Unilever/P&G/Nestle/GSK/ITC etc  Minimum Work experience:   Sr. RSM- current position minimum ASM for at least 2 years  RSM- territory manager for minimum 2 years, handling metro & have worked at least 2 years in rural.  Industry/Sector Specific experience: F&B/FMCG   No. of direct reportees: 2 to 3   Location: Vietnam (Hanoi or Ho chi minh/Saigon)  Key Accountabilities/KRA's:   - Setting up distribution network in terms of width and depth.   - Setting up strong sales team & Sales systems   - Appointment of distributors   Skills/Experience required to perform the role: Essential:   - Hard working   - Aggressive   - have worked in rural area for Nestle or Unilever types in India/South Asia or South East Asia.   - At least 1 year working experience in metro city after working minimum 2 years in rural areas   Soft Skills:   - Excellent Communication skills   - Ability to work in team and individual capacity   - Strong leader   - Can drive the sales team   - Not shy to be in market in making relationship with customers.   Personal competencies: The Values   - Speed & Efficiency   - Hard working   - Integrity.   - Honest   - Eagerness to grow professionally.   Appx Travel % - (Domestic/ International): 60- 70%   Language skill: English & Hindi ( any other Asian language will be a plus).   Compensation: Expat level - Tax free Salary + Company provided accommodation + transport + travel reimbursements + Annual performance Bonus + Mediclaim + Annual Leave(30 days) + Annual return ticket to india.  Relocation assistance/allowance to Vietnam: Yes, will be provide
