- As a Senior Recruiter the candidate will be responsible for End to End hiring for various Business functions.

- Rich experience in IT and Engineering position is required.

- Ability to understand and communicate the global complexities of the organization and the opportunities at a strategic level.

- Achieving Talent Acquisition objectives by utilization of cost effective sourcing channels, stakeholder management and candidate management.

Qualification :

- MBA in HR with 6-10 years of recruitment experience with an established multinational corporation.

- 7+ years of proven talent acquisition experience including progressive sourcing and networking capabilities.

- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.

- Has deep understanding of recruiting metrics and is well versed with associated data management.

- Experience with negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and managing the candidate experience.

- Interest in staying on top of the market; industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries / requests.

- Capable of handling a high level of responsibility and autonomy, yet accountable as a team member. - Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions

- Knowledge of digital advertising industry and high end skill sets strongly desired

Responsibilities :

- Ensure a positive candidate experience that represents the values of the company.

- Guide hiring managers in determining the appropriate requirements and competencies for the roles within the organization.

- Ensure appropriate utilization of global applicant tracking system and communicate status of open requisitions, pipeline and other variables to the head of TA.

- Where needed, manages the relationships with external recruiters and employment agencies.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment status, analysis, dashboards; manage & deliver them in a timely and consistent basis.

- Source and manage the recruitment cycle for hiring of key technical and business positions.

Required Skills:

- Excellent in stakeholder management and business interactions in a complex, matrix organization.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Advanced level of proficiency in sourcing via creative channels. Must have strong internet research skills with capability on employment oriented social media sites.

- Demonstrated ability to understand a complex, global, matrix business with multiple stakeholders and position opportunities in a compelling manner.

- Must have strong computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook Web based software tools and ERP experience.

- Ability to work under pressurized working environment, tackling problems in a positive, composed manner.

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of hiring managers and candidates at all levels and world-wide locations.

- Experience in IT and Engineering positions is essential

- Strong ability to source, present, schedule candidate interviews, prep candidates, follow-up and complete any necessary paperwork required to complete the hiring process
