Senior Quant Analyst - Index Verification

Key Deliverables - Daily Verification of Custom Indices and Dynamic Strategies as per defined SLAs

- Record Keeping of all mismatches

- Maintain roll calendars, rebalancing calendars, corporate action calendars and error logs

- Work on verification of index rebalance of equity indices and finalise the stock basket which fulfill all index rules.

- Make sure BBG/Reuters and Custom Index website is updated with correct values

- Co-ordination with IT and third parties.

Stakeholder/internal customer satisfaction - Ensure customer satisfaction through timely work delivery & quality

- Interact with Structuring, Technology and third-party service providers to maintain existing Indices and bring new indices onto the platform

Risk and Control

- Ensure compliance of self and team ORAP (Operational risk assessment plan), Information risk and data security, Business continuity plan, ISO, security

- Ensure adherence to external regulatory, group policy

- Ensure adherence to AYIC (Are you in control)

- Ensure all audit (ISO, ISMS, BCM, Group audit) requirements (internal/external) are satisfactorily met

- Ensure satisfactory CEC (Control environment certification) scores
