Experience:

1. Hands on experience in QA within the Beverage industry

2. Responsible for the overall QA Activities for PAN INDIA based at Mumbai.

Educational Qualifications: Graduate/ MBA

Job Profile:

1. Overall responsibility for implementing and reviewing Food Safety and Quality Management System.

2. To ensure and comply with all the relevant statutory requirements/ compliances viz. FSSA, W & M, FPO, PFA and PCB.

3. To ensure all the products conform to the company specifications through assurance of processes from supply chain to consumer.

4. To identify, plan document, and manage the practices, activities and resources needed to meet quality goals and objectives.

5. Responsibility for adherence to PAPL guidelines and requirements in the process of manufacturing, to ensure conformance to specifications of the finished goods leaving the plant.

6. To carry out required tests as per the MTF for the incoming raw materials, packaging materials, WTP, syrup preparation and finished product.

7. Direct responsibility for 2 way traceability forward until consumers and backward until the raw materials.

8. Responsibility for implementation of availability of standard chemical reagents, verification of concentration and calibration program for equipments in the plant

9. Responsibility for storage condition conformation for raw materials, NABB, auxiliary material and final product.

10. Responsibility for implementation of consumer response program. Support consumer response department in handling concerns related to product integrity.

11. Responsibility for review and analyze Quality Index and to carry out root cause analysis for failures and corrective action plan.

12. Responsibility to develop and implement a Corrective Action Program, in response to HO-Quality Audit /EHS Audit/ Internal Quality Audit reports.

13. Responsibility for maintenance of records and retention samples, in accordance with Company and regulatory requirements.

14. Direct responsibility for selection, coaching, feedback & development of QA personnel.

15. Direct responsibility for developing an environmental assessment and accountability program and implementing in coordination with HO-EHS.

16. Direct responsibility for establishing and maintaining the GMP/GHK norms at the depots and plant.

Desired Profile:

1. Candidates should have minimum experience of 8 years in QA

2. Candidate should be form the beverage industry

3. Candidate should be willing to relocate to Mumbai.
