Project Planning & Control:   - Preparing detailed schedules for the project including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones and budgets based on the high-level plan   - Lead the planning sessions with Contractors and ensure that they are synchronized with the master schedule   - Tracking cost accruals with respect to budget   - Generate project data/progress reports such as project status, cost incurred, technical and quality progress to facilitate forecasting   Project Execution:  - Manage Project Execution - Performing work defined in the Project Management Plan to achieve project's objective.   - Ensure project execution as per planned Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality and Ease of maintenance   - Ensure adequate preparation and availability of required resources, manpower, machinery, workfront and drawings before start of activity   - Interfacing with various parties to obtain required details/inputs/quality protocols, resolve execution issues and work front conflicts across parties/contractors   - Ensure set up and maintenance of quality protocols and documents   - Facilitate regular training sessions for project execution team and key contractor supervisors   - Implement the planned methods and standards and ensure compliance by parties, vendors and contractors   - Issue change request and adapt approved changes into the project plans and environment   - Implement risk response activities including escalation and advance warning signals   - Upgradation and maintenance of existing infrastructure   - Procurement of resources including materials, tools equipment and facilities.   - Issue change request and adapt approved changes into the project plans and environment   Contract Management:  - Studying of contractual conditions, project cost analysis to assess the cost impact of techno commercial conditions   - Managing contractual correspondence, raising and settling contractual claims with respect to cost and time   - Providing support in preparing contract documents for various work items with respect to technical specifications and commercial terms   - Implement procurement strategies/ contingency plans, ensuring that strategies & plans are aligned with project requirements   - Developing long-term partnerships with suppliers;
