Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 15 -18 years overall experience in chemical, petrochemical or related process industries as well at least 5 to 6 years working as Project Manager

- Candidate must have the ability to multi-task, managing several project activities at any one time.

- Familiar with basic project engineering tools including scheduling with MS project and primevera. Understanding of the Project Management practices, Engineering Design process, planning, purchases and budgets

- Good communication skills from executive level to entry level; highly personable. English language proficiency is required. Must have good interpersonal skills.

- Ability to communicate and work effectively with various supporting functions in the organization.

- Self motivating - ability to get work done through influence; strong desire for achieving success, problem solving and analytical skills. Self-starting work ethic, practical attitude, outgoing nature and committed team player.

- Open minded individual, receptive to other ideas; able to be persistent in the face of adversity. Have a thirst for learning, a desire to develop own skills and knowledge
