Senior Program Manager - IC Role - eCommerce (14-20 yrs)
We are hiring for our eCommerce client
- Program manager will work at both the strategic level and the tactical level. PM will have to show hustle, take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.
Role Responsibilities :
- Use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to make informed decisions
- Own and drive the product portfolio and product road map
- Ensure implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements; make necessary adjustments
- Own the success of product development process
- Evaluate launch outcomes and reintegrate learning into the organization and product plan
- Coordinate internal user forums to collect and identify feature-level development opportunities
- Lead product launches into similar markets or geographies with direction from senior leadership
- Own and manage product documentation; work closely with support personnel to enable self-service support and/or reduce overhead
- Identify feature risks from customer feedback and in-depth analysis of operational performance; share results with senior leadership in a scalable and a periodic manner
- Demonstrate understanding of performance and leadership bar and effectively apply it to hiring decisions
- Set goals and hold team members accountable for performance
- Provide input into resource planning discussions
- Assess behaviour and coach direct reports to demonstrate leadership principles within their role.
Basic Qualifications :
- Master degree(preferably top-tier Computer Science or Business degree) and 5 yrs of relevant people management experience
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
- Ability to work with IT systems, understand and work with XML feeds, SQL/DW.
- Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, direct, and manage a group of people
- Ability to handle complex and ambiguous scenarios
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities-capability to work on several projects in parallel
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions
