Job Title : Senior Product Manager   Position will Reports to : VP (Head Marketing)  Job Summary :   - Responsible for achieving category business targets and creating customer preference.  - Develop the Annual Operating plan for the respective product categories and track the same to ensure implementation/ changes where necessary.   - New product development and management of launches. Identify new market/ product opportunities for business gains. Develop product pricing/ profitability  - Identify marketing mix, ensure market testing.  - Developing and managing schemes & promotions both primary and secondary to sustain and grow sales.   - Inventory management, product rationalization, management of slow moving stocks/ discontinued stocks to ensure a healthy inventory.  - Develop implement communication program, DM, ATL, BTL, Merchandising (Develop process for product, communication and programs). Develop and manage all category communication and tools design with the agency and vendors   - Analyze MIS, study competition (pricing, schemes & promos, launches etc.) and provide inputs and direction to the senior management on way forward/ planning.  - Coordinate with the Zonal and Regional sales team for effective execution of plans   Requirements :  - University degree / Post Graduation with specialization in marketing  - Work Experience : In Marketing preferable in Brand Management Experience  - Preferably looking candidates experienced from Building Material or related consumer products.
