Job Profile:

- As a Sr. Product Manager you will help drive development of the Merchandise Visibility software products.

- You must have the ability to understand issues in detail through discussions with internal and external stakeholders and visualize elegant solutions to complex problems.

- In this role you will be supporting product management with requirements development, engineering communication, stakeholder support, and other product management areas.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Verify and detail requirements through feedback from internal Professional Services and external customers

- Translate requirements into user stories/use cases for the development team to execute

- Ensure wire frames or prototypes are created as part of requirements definition where feasible

- Present product demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders

- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge

- Define and provide key resource information for training and documentation

- Act as an organizational help line, providing answers to product and solution questions from internal stakeholders

Requirements for Success:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen

- Ability to translate market/customer needs into clear deliverables for development team based on a thorough understanding of the market/customer point-of-view and strongly represent that point-of-view to development team

- Ability to negotiate with internal customers

- Ability to work with business and technology teams as well as a diverse customer base in multiple countries

- Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with the ability to multi-task

- Passion for solving tough product problems

- Self-directed individual willing to take on challenges

Education/Experience:

- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engnn. with a 5-8 years of work experience required

- Experience in developing software solutions or implementing software projects in the retail or industrial manufacturing industries required

- Experience with developing or implementing business processes in software required

- Experience with translating customer requirements into deliverables a big plus
