Job Description: Product Lead, Operator for an eCommerce Company
Role Objective: Reporting directly to the CPO, the candidate will be responsible for driving product based solutions in operator management space
Years of experience: 8-12 yrs with 5+ years in product management, with specific focus on Mobile / Retail with a strong understanding of the distributor / aggregator ecosystem
Education qualification: Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field, MBA preferred
Responsibilities:
- Chart an all encompassing vision for engagement with its Operator network
- Understand and analyse operator requirements and pain points and engagement touch points
- Review analytics related to all touch points and sources of collation
- Based on the insights gathered, articulate and evangelize the roadmap and strategy for Operator Solutions across product, engineering and regional business teams
- Work with the Design team to optimize operator experience using technology
- Collaborate with other Product Managers to cross-leverage existing Ola solutions
- Identify opportunities to collect and leverage operator data for future decisions
- Constantly search for best practices related to operator / aggregator / engagement
- Serve as the in house expert on Product Solutions in the space of operators
