Senior Product Manager - Credit (Merchant side of payments, credit card, lending)

- We are looking for Product manager for fintech Client who is in technology-enabled lending business that provides unsecured loans to SME's in all major Indian Cities.

- Looking for people who will play a critical role as a part of the core team in building this technology platform, Product management at defines a new paradigm of making an impact in the larger ecosystem through technology. We have an excellent opportunity to create something from scratch themselves a real problem of access to credit. With the advent of newer payment technologies and data available, we are at a very exciting time when we can make an impact in fintech industry with a new outlook and hence achieve scale through technology.

Preferable Education : MBA from Tier - 1 institutes

Role : Sr.Product Manager - Credit

Requirements :

- Extensive experience in a similar role in Banks & NBFC.

- Experience on merchant side of payments, credit card or lending.

- Prior experience in designing and managing an innovative product would be a plus.

- Managing the technology platform in evaluation of clients based on data.

Responsibilities :

- Manage the end-to-end deliverables of credit/loan product from conception to retirement. (formulation, designing, development, enhancement, implementation and annual review)

- Design the product requirements based on market research and in-house technology.

- Innovate, analyze and focus on existing data and formulate logical tools to put in existing algorithms which can help in checking credit worthiness of a client.

- Make intelligent, informed product related decisions from existing algorithms and data points.

- Continuous enhancement and review of credit/loan products from existing sales process and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Reporting and Product Analysis.

- Communicates the product functionalities with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service for creating exceptional experience for users.

- Ensuring adherence to the internal credit policy, risk, compliance, RBI Guidelines & Guidelines specific to NBFCs.

KPIs :

- Time reduced to make decision on checking the credit worthiness of a client.

- Accuracy in decision making based on data points evaluated for customers.

- Innovation in existing product.
