Designation: Sr .Product Manager

Preferred Skills :

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Senior Product Manager will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. The Senior Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Mandatory Skills:

- Overall 11+ years experience with enterprise software (in Product Development or Professional Services role)

- Past experience in Product Management is required

- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

- Knowledge of Governance, Risk, Compliance & Quality desirable

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past

Personal Traits:

- Ability to think out of the box & understand market, customer and business needs

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Roles & Responsibility :

- Define the product strategy and roadmap

- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

- Write functional designs (based on PRDs) for broader products

- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products

- Work with Marketing to develop the core positioning and messaging for the product

- Perform product demos to customers

- Work with a cross functional team including Product Management, Product Development, Professional Services, & QA to define and deliver products

- You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.

- Be the in-house expert in one or more industry verticals (BFSI, Energy & Utilities, Retail, Healthcare, etc)

Education & Experience -

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) - 11 – 13 yrs
