Results oriented. 15%  Special projects :  - Developing sourcing strategies and alliances  - Cost savings opportunities 15%  Position in ORG CHART  Work related experience :   Minimum work experience requirements :   Desired Requirements :   At least 5 - 8 years of post qualification experience and proven domain competencies in Marketing procurement (experience in dealing with media channels and broadcasters from advertiser perspective) - Cross regional market knowledge of marketing vendor base  - Hands on experience in managing sourcing arrangements for Online & Off line marketing  - Excellent knowledge of different cost models and pricing methodology  - Strong negotiation skills & business acumen.  - Undertaking benchmarks with the Supplier(s) to measure the effectiveness / efficiency of the provided services compared to market / best practices.  - At least 2-3 years of experience in other procurement disciplines - Optimizing Travel, IT procurement spends etc. Savings Planning and execution through negotiation, alternative solution creation and demand management.  - Managing good working relationship with hotels and airlines throughout the region. Relationship management with preferred Hotels, Travel partners, Travel Management Companies, Airlines, Car rental suppliers,  Educational Requirements :   Student of one of the following :   - Master's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy or Engineering.
