Job Description : Arabic preferred  - 8-10 Years of experience managing Catering Operations where at least the past 4 years should be in the capacity of a Manager   - Should have a good knowledge of the catering business, procurement,   Lead business to achieve high performance and a good knowledge of the following :   - Financial Performance and Requirements   - Regulatory Compliance & Purchasing Requirements   - People & Communication Objectives o Retail and Marketing Programs   - Client Retention and Relationship Building   - Manage the food production [kitchen] facilities and work with the Executive Chefs to ensure the proper quality of the food and services  - Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests and client as well as other departments within the operation   Key Skills:   - Must be knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food, waste management, procurement, tenders, Logistic etc.  - Candidate should have good business sense, Good communication skills, planning and organizational skills.   - Must have experience in managing multiple projects, locations, set priorities and meet deadlines and generate reports.  - Candidate from catering background is must and preferred (Not from hotel and restaurant).  Candidate should be from: CIS Countries Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.  Job Location: Dubai  Job Sector: Hospitality Industry  Required Experience: 8 - 10 year(s)  Salary Range: AED 25000 - 30000  Salary Unit: per month  CONTACT NO-7275500404
