Opportunity for the role of Senior Media Planner / Publisher Account Manager   Location - Mumbai   Experience - 5 -7 years  About the Company:  Established in 2000, the organization is an international cross channel advertising network.  - Employs 180+ digital specialists across 18 offices that cover 30 countries.  - Manages 6000+ campaigns annually for 1600+ top advertisers across 3000+ top publishers  - Focused on developing a programmatic ecosystem leveraging its proprietary Ad platform that doubles up as both an SSP as well as DSP, being used by top publishers and leading agencies.   - Exclusively represents Twitter across 27+ European markets, LinkedIn 17 markets, BBC and many other premium publishers across various markets.   Key Responsibilities :  - Detailed understanding of the Online Advertising ecosystem including the Programmatic space.   - Strong experience in all functions of media buying starting from conception, strategy, creation, and execution of the plan.  - Expertise in media planning including identifying or maximizing strong marketing opportunities with other managers.  - Experience in managing needs of publisher across display, rich-media, and video on Desktop and Mobile.  - Should have a strong set of existing relationships with top publishers, media house/agencies, and networks.  - Managing and developing strong relationships with strategic accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and drive contract renewals.  - Monitoring campaigns, analyzing data to optimize performance and regularly reporting metrics to clients.  - Building monetization partnerships with clients to maximize yield while driving revenue.  - Competent in developing best practices for media planning and buying processes, competitive media analysis, media cost and performance benchmarks and media effectiveness  - Consulting publishers to adopt Programmatic inventory selling channels via Supply Side Platform (SSP)  - Brainstorming with the sales team to conceive strategies to upsell and cross sell innovative ad formats to existing partners and acquire new partners.  - Delivering revenue performance for publisher partner.  Qualifications/ Requirements :  - A principle-centered business leader, with great people skills and a passion for excellence  - Strong leadership skills with strong interpersonal skills and effective organization and planning capabilities  - Programmatic Buying (RTB)  - Affiliates & Networks   - Performance campaign planning + ROI mapping + Streamlining the project  - Excellent communication skills - written and verbal  - Self-starter with bent for analysis and problem solving  - A minimum 5 years of Experience in online and digital space  - MBA - preferably with Sales & Marketing as area of specialization
