Senior Marketing Professional

Who we are Looking for:

- A top-MBA college Marketing graduate with 8 - 15 years of relevant functional experience and an aesthetic bent of mind that can appreciate and identify beauty in design, functionality and ideas whether on paper or in constructions.

- Proven track record of achievements, leadership qualities, effective communication, strong inter-personal skills and an entrepreneurial outlook is a must.

- Candidates having experience in FMCG companies and with knowledge of handling large markets/business volumes a strong preference.

What you will do:

Responsible for developing a concerted strategy to enhance the company's market image, brand recognition and distinct identity in the tough Bangalore marketplace.

Activities below are within the ambit of this role but will not restrict its scope:

- Media Management: Brand and Media plan, using various media vehicles, Ad agencies management for the creative duties of new launches, Effective Media Buying to optimize Media Plan, 360- Media campaign development for the different projects, Developing a set of ROI models to effectively measure the Media spend phase-wise and project-wise.

- Brand Management: Creation of Brand Architecture for the organizations various projects. Devising Micro level comprehensive brand activation plan, followed by annual financial planning, product wise and developing the blue print of all marketing activities accordingly. Documenting the same in form of Brand Manual.

- Consumer and Market Research: Pioneering all Focus group discussions along with the Market Research for the new Project launch, Developing In-house market research report tracking competition for each of the projects, market trends & consumer needs.

- Marketing Mix Management: Developing Marketing Mix and Creative Strategy for the ongoing projects, Differential Marketing Mix approach to tap various consumer class and Project categories. Set up marketing communication accordingly.

- Product Life Cycle Management: Measuring Brand performance and accordingly allocating media budget in every stage of the PLC. (Value positioning)

- Marketing Process Management: Conceptualisation till final implementation for various ATL and BTL activities.
