Senior Manager Marketing (Online (70%)+ offline (30%)
Job Description -
Manage day-to-day digital marketing programs, campaigns and processes including budgeting, forecasting, accruals and reporting
Assist in the development of digital marketing plans, programs and scope of service
Lead the tactical implementation of digital media, email marketing, local search and campaign management
Assist in defining goals and KPI's for digital marketing programs and services along with reporting and analysis of those metrics
Be the champion for data driven decisions and insights
Monitor and manage the financial health of the digital marketing programs and campaign activities
Manage all digital marketing vendor relationships, contracts and negotiations
Work closely with brand design, communications, policy, growth marketing, and other teams to execute coordinated strategic campaigns
Desired Skills and Experience:
Relevant digital marketing experience at a top B2C e-commerce company MANDATORY
Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, high attention to detail
Very strong on analytics, problem solving skills and logical reasoning, extremely data driven
Desire and ability to think like the customer and drive campaigns accordingly
Strong understanding of technology and business
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (including performance marketing, remarketing), strategy and best practices
Great understanding of Google Analytics and other key measurement tools
