Client Details

Our client is a global retail leader recognised among the most valuable brands world over in their domain of business. They have aggressive growth plans for India which will be driven by retail initiatives besides traditional business and want to become market leaders within the portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Senior Marketing Lead to drive the end to end marketing initiatives across consumer segments and platforms, based out of the Mumbai office.

Job Description

The incumbent will report to the MD and be responsible for:

- Working on traditional mediums, Digital/ mobile marketing & loyalty programs to build the brand

- Working on Data analytics to drive efficiency's in the business

- Strong media buying experience across both traditional and new age media

- Build brand strategy & positioning along with Brand levers for India

- Analysing advertising campaigns and monitoring brand quality

- Monitor the reactions of customers and retail outlets to new products and brand initiatives

- Working on Marketing & branding initiatives for new products

- May be required to travel extensively in order to prepare new store openings

- MarComm/ public relations/ Agency- Digital, Marketing, Research (selection and management)

Profile

An ideal candidate will come with approximately 10-15 years experience, preferably in a Fashion/Retail/Lifestyle brand with strong exposure to the Brand & Digital Marketing piece, alike.

Experience of having worked on new store launches besides targeted consumer campaigns with a national span of control is highly desirable.

The role may entail travel to locations of store launches and will also be responsible for the ownership of the entire consumer branding proposition, working closely with the Global marketing teams.

The incumbent should have a media buying experience (Traditional/New age) and an active lifestyle in terms of being fitness oriented (could be playing sports/running marathons or equivalent). Diversity profile is a must.
