Must have 80% role in Organizational Development.

Should have revamped the process of Performance appraisal, Change management, Career planning, succession planning, Devising KRA, KPI, JDs, policies, employee engagement, etc. Salary up to 15 Lacs.

Total Years of Experience 10-15 Years of Experience relevant to this position.

Roles & Responsibilities - OD initiatives across Group Companies

- Supervision of KRA, PLI, Promotion, Confirmation

- Performance Management System

- Lead the Organization Development Team

- Supervision of Exit Interviews

- Responsible for Annual Appraisal

- Supervision of Employee Engagement Activities such as ESS

- Supervision of Grievance Handling

- Career Planning
