Looking for Senior Manager - Vigilance for a large Manufacturing organization to be based in Eastern India.

Ex. Defence people would be preferred.

Person should be Post graduation in any discipline with 5-10 years of experience.Degree in Law is preferable.

Main KRA'S would be :

1. Investigating cases of misconduct.

2. Conducting pro-active studies to plug gap/ scope of mal-practice.

3. Ensuring ethical conduct by all stakeholders.

4. Intelligence management.

5. Pro-active, Audit, Surprise checks, Contract reviews, etc.

6. Liasoning with HR/IR and Advocates.

7. Awareness presentations, intelligence Collection, etc.
