Key Responsibilities :  - Advice and lead client engagements in wide variety of operational aspects within the utilities retail space.   Has specialist knowledge in a majority of the following core areas of the utilities retail business :  - Functional knowledge of operations including customer take on / transfer / termination, billing, metering, dunning, complaints, call center operations, exception management etc.  - Operational expertise including functional knowledge of a live enterprise management system  - Functional knowledge of retail CIS system ideally on a leading platform (SAP, Oracle or MECOMS)   - Project base understanding of retail integration to smart metering and smart infrastructure  - Lead with specialist knowledge in client proposal work articulating the client's and by extension CN's value proposition to the overall engagement in the utilities retail space  - Direct exposure in leading multi-cultural teams with onsite / offshore mix on multiple engagements across geographies  - Team up and coordinate with global teams involved in the utilities area to develop assets to sell and deliver work in this area   - Develop thought capital around current and emerging topics in the utilities area and contribute to development of the client's Points-of-Views on trends and issues.  Experience Required :  - 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in consulting delivering diverse projects in Utilities industry a majority of which should be in the retail side of business  - Exposure to interactions with the senior management implementing strategic projects in set timelines   - Functional understanding of the industry demonstrated through experience with leading utilities around globe   - Demonstrated expertise in leading diverse teams spread across geographies  Other Requirements :  - Master's in Business Administration (from Tier 1 institution)  - Strong project management skills and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies  - Exposure to working in globally distributed workforce environment including offshore model  - Willingness to travel more than 70% of the time   - Strong academic background  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Roopshree  0124-4274214/9891935440
