Designation: Senior Manager Treasury

Reports to GM Treasury

Educational qualification: Qualified CA in Maximum 2 attempts.

Job Description:

- Ensuring availability of funding lines and facilities to meet group needs

- Fostering banking relationship at all levels - typically arranging meetings with senior management of all banks for DF/PF every quarter

- Handling the Investments of the Group

- Monitor banking covenant compliance across the group on a monthly basis

- Cash flow monitoring of all business/ joint ventures/ associates.

- Ensure availability of liquidity (in anticipation of business requirements)

- Credit rating of all the group companies

- To keep Finance cost/ charges under control

- Provide timely MIS to management on the treasury activities

- Ensure roll out of latest collection and payment solutions in various group companies

- Manpower development in the department
