Sr. Manager - Transaction and Advisory Services _ BIG4 _ Bangalore

Experience : 9 - 12 years of post qualification Experience

Qualification : MBA/PGDM (Premier Institute with good Academic Background)

Roles/Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible to partner and build relationships with the client and as lead in client service delivery.

- Independent contribution in the planning and management, with a focus on Pricing, Billing & Recovery

- To build the Brand and to be involved in Business Development activities

- To be actively working on Risk Management, Knowledge Management, People Management

Key Skills :

- Experience is Must

- Experience of "Investment Banking" and "Healthcare Services / Medical Equipment / Consumables sectors" is must

- Must have experience of Investment Banking, Private Equity, M&A, Transaction Services and Deals

- Hands on experience in financial analysis and strategy, Project management/time management

- Must be involved in client facing and/or Business Development activities

- Professional appearance and poise

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
