SENIOR MANAGER- TRADE SALES  We have been retained by our client, a reputed multinational Bank to identify a Senior Manager- Trade Sales to be based in Mumbai. The position is in the Vice President grade and reports to the CEO of the Bank.  JOB PURPOSE :  - Client relationship origination and management with a balanced risk-reward perspective.   - Ability to identify client needs and then structure solutions through an effective relationship with all product groups.  - To originate Trade business with prospective and existing Corporate clients of the Bank.  - To develop and deliver sales strategy and secure strategic internal support from stakeholders, in order to identify and satisfy customer needs and to achieve revenue and asset growth.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :  - Innovate & structure Trade products for existing and new customers in close conjunction with Relationship Managers.  - Proactively manage trade relationships within the portfolio of existing and agreed on target clients in order to develop structure and review proposals that meet customer requirements. Recognize opportunities to develop further income and economic profit, recommending and implementing the appropriate solutions.  - Coordinate closely with operations team to ensure timely processing and meeting service delivery commitments.  - Update internal Relationship Managers on new Trade products and pricing / re-pricing to clients in line with the competition.  - Make regular calls on new and existing customers to build up a relationship, explore new Trade business opportunities, and obtain feedback on service levels and performance.  - Increase product penetration and ensure optimum utilization of Trade limits sanctioned.   - Meet the Trade revenue targets.  - Manage Corporate relationships for all their Trade Finance requirements.  - To Ensure customer treatment and other regulatory requirements are met and are a compliant Regulatory policy in order to protect and enhance the bank's reputation.  DESIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:  - Good interpersonal and presentation skills.  - Internal and external regulations.  - Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.   - Demonstrable success in Trade Sales and Business Development.  - Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.   - Personal integrity and self-management.  - Planning, organizing and analytical ability.  - Results oriented.  - Strong analytical skills.  - Proven record of technical understanding of Trade and Supply Chain products.   - Good overall experience of trade finance from middle office through to the front office.  CANDIDATES PROFILE :  Ideal candidates meeting with the above criteria should be MBA in Finance with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Banking sector.
