Job Description :
- Handle matters related to FDI, Commercial or corporate Law, Companies Act, Tax laws, FVCI, SEBI regulations.
- Should have handled M&As and major developments
- Should be strong in negotiations, structuring transactions, Due Diligence, Title investigations and local legislation.
- Must have working knowledge of registrations, drafting agreements, contracts, deeds and advise management on legal issues.
- Exposure to handle litigation and arbitration.
- Handle labor law matters and advise respective departments on respective regulations
