If found suitable for improving the efficiency & productivity of resources  - Managing Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BC)  Qualifications  You should be a BS/ MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent) and:  - Have worked in start-up like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment for at least 8-10 years  - Have experience in building highly scalable business applications, which involve implementing large complex business flows and dealing with huge amount of data   - Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming will be an added advantage   - Experience in managing, maintaining Loan Management System/Core Banking System of NBFC/Bank will be preferred
