Senior Manager - Technical Training - BPO (8-15 yrs)
Sr. Manager - Technical Training - Gurgaon
- 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5-6 years in technology training in associate/ manager role
- Experience with post training measures to gauge learning effectiveness
- Prior experience of working in an IT L&D environment
- Excellent knowledge of Information Technology \(e.g. Java, .Net, SQL,Cloud, MS etc) to be able to support IT Operations who are SME's in various technologies
- Sound written / oral communication skills, conceptual and analytical skills
- Ability to create/develop program content based on requirements
- Knowledge of evaluations of training programs and learning effectiveness
