About our Client - Our client is a renowned multinational organization in the FMCG sector. With an innovative marketing strategy and employee friendly environment, they are currently looking for an Senior Manager to lead the Talent Management and Total Rewards function for the India market.

Job Description - As a Senior Manager reporting directly into the you will be responsible for:

- Formulation of People Strategy working closely with the Senior Leadership HR policies and procedures :

- You will be the custodian of HR Policies and procedures and designing framework for apt deployment/adoption of the same in & above units also ensuring regular updation/roll out of HR policies. Talent & Performance Management :

- You will be responsible for leading the entire PDR cycle (Performance Management) including KRA setting process and you will also be a functional lead of Talent Management process and strategy. You will also be responsible for driving people strategies like career pathing and succession planning in and above unit with additionally setting a road map of deployment of framework. Rewards:

- You will be responsible for designing and deployment of rewards framework & philosophy and redefining bands and ranges of grades (both in unit and above unit). You will also engage in studies and benchmarking to ensure the above is in-line with internal and external parity Recognition:

- Driving recognition strategies in & above Units and ensuring governance and reporting of deployment of these strategy Employee Feedback and Surveys:

- You will be responsible for leading all internal and external Surveys related to the Indian employee base and also form an integral part of the global team.

The Successful Candidate - Ideally, you come with 6 to 10 years of post-graduation experience in an Total Rewards and Performance Management role. You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders is desirable. A full time MBA from a well recognized MBA institute is a must.
