Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Risk Consulting (5-12 yrs)
Work Location - Gurgaon/Mumbai
Shift timings - Regular shift (10 AM to 7 PM)
Education - Fulltime MBA form a Good institute
Job Description - Applicant will be responsible for managing the recruitment activities for Risk consulting (pan India) which will involve
- Talent mapping
- Resource planning for Yearly & quarterly basis to meet the headcount requirements
- Attract right pool of resources through different channels like Job portal, Social Media (LinkedIn), Sourcing Partners, Campus & through internal references
- Stakeholder Management Internal (Partners/AD/SM- s) & External
- Highlighting the risks in advance & ensure Zero surprise environment
- MIS reporting to the Senior Leadership in terms of numbers & metrics
Desired Skills - Applicant should have the below mentioned desired skills to be able to be considered for the requirement
5 + years of post-qualification work experience in core recruitment domain
- Must have an experience in hiring risk auditors in the past (Internal Auditors, IT Auditors, ERP auditors, SOX compliance auditors etc.)
- Big 4 experience or a Tier 2 risk consulting firm experience is a Mandate
- Should have an experience of handling recruitment for multiple locations as candidate will be handling the recruitment for Gurgaon, Mumbai & Bangalore locations
- Should have a good hands on experience of sourcing through job portals
- Should have handled multiple sourcing partners in the past
- Team handling will be an added advantage
- Should be well connected in the market
- Must have an executive presence
