Job Title: Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Head - HR
Overall Job Purpose:
- To lead the recruitment function and support the business need .
- Accountable for designing and implementing recruitment strategy
- Building a robust model of sourcing, assessing and on-boarding candidates. Should meet the global standards, specified timelines, cost and quality.
Key Accountabilities:
Manpower Delivery:
- Strategically hire the best available talent within the agreed timelines.
Sourcing Strategy:
- Develop effective sourcing model to ensure optimal channel mix and cost of hiring. Enhance multiple channels i.e. Employee Referrals, Direct Sourcing, Campus etc..
- Vendor Management – Ensure that all vendors adhere to the recruitment guidelines and work in the specified framework. Design and implement vendor evaluation methodology.
Internal Job Postings:
- Responsible to manage end-to-end IJP Process
- Circulation of communication on IJP movements
Governance:
- Ensure a robust recruitment process governance in line with :
- Global standards
- Business Need
- Local Legislation
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with business for on-time delivery
- Build a strong relationship with the customers externally and internally and create recruitment functions credibility
- Health check of recruitment function - Ensure timely production of various MI reports to all the stakeholders.
