Job Description : Your role as a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition will report into the Chief Technology Officer and will cover the following responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end while supporting the recruitment head

- Partner with the business to contribute to the firm-wide agenda of business and talent growth

- Managing campus, lateral and senior leadership hiring within the business function

- Guide and drive a team of 4 for effective management of all recruitment stages

- Innovating around tools and techniques for sourcing, metrics, dashboards etc.

- Continuously enhance the employee onboarding experience for all new hires

- Advise & inform hiring managers regarding appropriate talent acquisition strategies in line with the local market conditions

The Successful Candidate:

- The ideal candidate will carry 5-8 years of core recruitment exposure from an IT product based organization with excellent understanding of IT jargon.

- A proven track record of progressive exposure to multiple facets of talent acquisition is a must along with excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.

- Stability of previous employments is critical and excellent communication skills are of no compromise.
