Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Big4 (7-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)

- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source

- Manage the entire Finance, Operations, Global Markets and HR business of the Company

- Handle a team to meet key deliverables in terms of meeting SLAs.

- Focus on minimizing cost by managing the source Mix, and increasing the Direct hiring contribution.

- Stakeholder management with regular inputs to be shared with the key stakeholders.

- Manage escalations for the team with a keen insight on making mitigation plans if needed.

- Setting up of processes for the smooth operations of the recruitment engine.

- Work on sourcing on Diversity with the team to focus on increasing on sourcing diversity candidates in the pipeline.

- Work on the satisfaction scores from Hiring managers, Internal and external candidates and work towards improving them.

- Detailed focus on Internal Mobility candidates and strive to keep the contribution to 25% of all hires.

- Take keen interest to increase the Profitability of the account keeping in mind the demands of the company.

- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization

- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies

- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process

- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization

- Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)

- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant

- Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters

- Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics

- Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
