- Overseeing end to end recruitment for Corporate / HO roles

- In-charge (end to end) of sourcing/scheduling/negotiation for senior level leadership roles

- End to End Campus engagement and hiring

- Managing key stakeholders from Senior Management team and above

- Recruitment BAU processes - sourcing, screening, organizing interviews, capturing feedback,

- MIS & reporting, selection

- Maintaining targets on source of hire and cost per hire

- Working relations include interactions with,

- Senior Management Team members - to discuss on various open positions

- Vendors - overall recruitment vendor management
