Position: Senior Manager Talent Acquisition
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic workforce planning in consultation with HR Heads of different businesses
Manage effective recruitment process across all businesses to ensure alignment of quality of hire, organization's EVP philosophy, best global hiring practises by stakeholder engagement that includes RPO partner (s), Campus Hiring, IJPs and sourcing agencies
Program Manage RPO and Leadership hiring across AFS. This includes change management, Quality of Hire, Contract Management, Process Efficiency Metrics, TAT, Cost Per Hire and Scales Monitoring, Back-up plans/Risk Management Plans, IT Platforms, source mix, IJPs,Process and Quality audits, Training of Recruiters and so on
Develop and implement a robust mechanism to measure Quality of Hire and leverage the use of analytics to measure effectiveness of the recruitment process
Benchmarking RPO / recruitment best practices with SIAM organizations etc
Drive the campus hiring program (GET / PGET)
Process owner for third party recruitments including identifying vendors & standardizing terms and conditions
Manage various external partners and monitor their performance and build a strong working relationship with them
