Senior Manager-SCM for a leading telecom company, headquartered at Gurgaon
Role:
- Drive OPEX productivity for Brand, Marketing and Channel engagement program in sales & Distribution
- Challenge and co-create innovative way to control spend in the area of operation
- Ensure finalization of contracts as per Target and as per standard contracting process
- Contract renewal on before expiry of earlier contract
- Price Discovery at the defined intervals as per spend category
- Closure of new RFP to contract as per agreed time lines with stake holders
- Structured Governance Meeting with Partners
- Measure and control SLA/KPI as per contract
- Well defined action planning to address performance issue
- Resolving partner issues in time
- Proactively identifying customer service issue and addressing them to the satisfaction of the customer
- Delivery of products/services as per Business requirement.
- Develop Service Level agreement with Internal stake holders and monitor and control delivery accordingly
- Working closely with Higher Management and other stakeholders
- Keeping track of the milestones and proactive alerts to meet them in time
- Continuously work with stakeholders to identify cost saving opportunity and drive for realization
Qualifications: Engineer + MBA / Exposure to SCM in the sales and Marketing function necessary.
